The oil and grease separator is an essential component for a company that works with used vegetable oil.

The function of this product is to retain oil and grease from residual water. Water removed from the oil, from washing oil barrels or even just from cleaning the factory floor, this will prevent oil and grease to be sent to the sewer. It is produced using High Density Poliethylene (HDP), that combines high chemical resistance and low weight.

Process

Inside the oil separator there are two different stages. First, the sediments, like sand, will settle and accumulate in the bottom of the tank. Second, oil and fat, that have a lower density than water will rise and accumulate on the surface. All the water will be in the center, without any sediments or oil.

Usage of this equipment is mandatory when the flow of oil is high. (depending on your countries law).
