INCBIO100

INCBIO100 is a high tech biodiesel processor, that produces high quality Biodiesel, with standard components, and a design philosophy that uses globally available components to minimize stops for repairs. It has a production capacity of 100 liters each day.

It has an electrical heater ( 1,5kW ), and digital temperature control. Circulation pump has a 3.3m3/hour capacity for the mixing process.

Transesterification takes 60 minutes, and it is possible to produce 100 liters in one time, but that is not an obligation. Production can be done with any quantity, starting from 10 liters.

Tank material is LPDE, that combines the ease of a translucent material, with the high chemical resistance. Structure, pipes, pump and heater are all stainless steel.

It is possible to use water wash, but the processor is designed for dry wash, with magnesium silicate. It uses two filters, with 3 and 1 micron.
