METHANOL RECOVERY Methanol Recovery from both the biodiesel and glycerol products is imperative to the economics of any biodiesel production facility.

BATCH PRODUCTION The batch process is inexpensive, requiring much less initial capital and infrastructure investment. It is flexible and allows the user to accommodate variations in feedstock type.

BIODIESEL AND GLYCERINE DISTILLATION Distilling your biodiesel produces the purest form of biodiesel possible and dramatically reduces cold filterability of most feedstocks.

BIODIESEL Some of the most biodiesel feedstocks are used cooking oil and waste grease. According to the EPA's Renewable Fuel Standards Program Regulatory Impact Analysis, 2010, biodiesel produced from waste grease results in an 86-percent reduction in greenhouse gases, compared to petro-diesel.
