INCBIO400A is an high tech automated biodiesel reactor, that produces high quality Biodiesel, with standard components, to maximize availability and reduce stops for repairs. It has a daily capacity of production of 800 liters per day.

INCBIO400A is a robust Automated Biodiesel processor designed for industrial needs. It has a production capacity of 400 liters each batch.

Automation systems are produced by Schneider, allowing a production process almost without human intervention. That way, it is possible to achieve allways the highest product quality, eleminating human error.

It uses a heat exchanger for heating, and it can use several diferent sources of heat, like a steam boiler or a solar pannel.

It includes a methanol and sodium hidroxyde mixer, to prepare methoxyde.

Transesterification takes 60 minutes, 400 liters at a time, for a maximum of 4 processes a day, totaling 800 liters of maximum production daily.

Tank material is LPDE, that combines the ease of a translucent material, with the high chemical resistance. Structure, pipes, pump and heater are all stainless steel.

It is possible to use water wash, but the processor is designed for dry wash, with magnesium silicate. It uses a high capacity industrial stainless steel filter, with 16 liters capacity and 1 micron.
