INCBIO100A

O INCBIO100A is a high tech biodiesel processor, that produces high quality Biodiesel, with standard components, and a design philosophy that uses globally available components to minimize stops for repairs. It has a production capacity of 100 liters each day.

This machine is fully automated, and runs almost without human intervention.

It has an electrical heater ( 1,5kW ), and digital temperature control. Circulation pump has a 3.3m3/hour capacity for the mixing process.

Transesterification takes 60 minutes, and it is possible to produce 100 liters in one time, but that is not an obligation. Production can be done with any quantity, starting from 10 liters.

Tank material is stainless steel, with high chemical resistance. Structure, pipes, pump and heater are all stainless steel.
